嚴禁濫用公屋10月落實 房屋署針對富戶安排詳情

公屋分配問題一向都是社會熱議話題,尤其是關於濫用公屋的富戶。新上任的房屋署署長表示,改善「富戶政策」及「加戶政策」等措施,希望能於10月順利落實。

打擊公屋富戶政策
早於五月尾時,屋委員會於周年特別公開會議中,資助房屋小組委員會在會上要求,進一步收緊公屋富戶政策,如公屋住戶全數滿60歲後便可豁免資產審查及富戶雙倍租金等。新上任的房屋署署長羅淑佩,在出席首個房屋委員會會議時表示,將會確保最近修訂的打擊濫用公屋安排,以及改善「富戶政策」及「加戶政策」,如要求公屋租戶入住公屋後,每兩年申報已持續居於單位及有否擁有本地住宅物業;加強作出虛假陳述的公屋租戶和申請者的罰則;以及將「定期暫准居住證」的期限由最長12個月縮短至最長4個月等措施,望能在10月順利落實。

全長者戶可豁免
至於有房委會委員提議檢視「富戶政策」的豁免年齡界限,如收緊公屋住戶全數滿60歲後便可豁免資產審查,以及富戶雙倍租金的做法。據房委會資料顯示,在現行富戶政策下若住戶全部成員均年滿60歲或以上,或領取綜合社會保障援助金,或合資格申領/正在領取社會福利署發放的傷殘津貼,或所有成員是由上述三類以不同組合組成的住戶,可獲豁免於「富戶政策」。房屋署署長羅淑佩表示,現時公屋全長者戶大約有接近19萬,佔公屋主戶總數為24%,若貿然收緊安排部分住戶或會因家庭資產超出限額而要遷離公屋,或會引來反響。
